Our client, a well-established boutique law firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team in New York, NY. This is an in-office role offering the opportunity to handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial in a client-focused, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other negligence claims
Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
Perform legal research, investigations, and case analysis
Take and defend depositions; attend court appearances, mediations, and trials
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active New York Bar admission and good standing
3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
