Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to our clients who are primarily in the insurance industry.
• Handle a caseload involving insurance defense litigation.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents related to insurance defense.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments in their defense.
• Stay updated with changes in insurance law and inform clients about the potential impact on their cases.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense.
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
• Proven experience in handling insurance defense cases and representing clients in court.
