Job Details

Our client, a respected and growing law firm, is seeking a passionate and driven Claimant Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants meaningful client interaction, and is eager to build a long-term career advocating for injured workers.

What You'll Do:
You'll take charge of claimant-side workers' compensation cases from start to finish-advocating for clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives. You'll have the autonomy to manage your caseload, the support of a collaborative team, and the chance to truly make a difference.

What We're Looking For:

Admission to practice law in New York (required)
Prior experience in claimant workers' compensation cases
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
A proactive mindset with a passion for advocacy
Tech-savvy candidates familiar with Matter Manager, Works, Outlook, and Word are a plus
