ATTORNEY - REAL ESTATE SECURITIES

Time Equities, Inc. ("TEI"), an international real estate investment company, is looking for a full-time real estate and compliance attorney for their highly reputable legal department to help a team of 5 attorneys, 3 assistants, and 1 paralegal manage all transactions in- house at their headquarters located at 55 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review Private Placement Memorandums for Real Estate Offerings.
• Perform all the services required for the acquisition and financing of commercial real estate transactions.
• Preparation and review of commercial leases for retail, office, residential, and industrial properties, as well as land acquisitions and new construction developments.
• Prepare subscription documents and agreements for investors investing in our deals

REQUIREMENTS

• The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• 5-10 years of experience in acquisitions, financings, and leasing on a national basis for all property types
