Trust & Estates Paralegal

Brain Works is working with a top law firm in New York looking for an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their robust T&E practice. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, nice benefits, a collegial work environment and a hybrid work schedule. Qualified candidates should have a minumum of 3 years of T&E experience, a Bachelor's Degree, a Paralegal Certificate and/or a combination of either with work experience, strong organizational skills, written/verbal skills and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings
• Extensive communication with clients
• Distribute of estate assets and trust funding
• Deed work
