We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Litigation Attorney with 5-7+ years of relevant experience to join our esteemed firm in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate litigation and must be admitted to the New York State Bar.

Key

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in estate litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal representation to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case developments and address any concerns.

Salary and Benefits :

• Salary range: $250,000 to $320,000, commensurate with experience.
