Legal Billing Specialist - AM 100/200 Law Firm Experience

Ascendo Resources is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm in New York City seeking a Legal Billing Specialist with experience in high-volume billing from an AM100 or AM200 firm. This is a long-term opportunity offering excellent benefits and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Schedule:

• First 90 Days: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (probationary period)
• Post-Probation: 1 day onsite, 4 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume legal billing processes using Aderant.
• Prepare, review, and submit invoices in accordance with client guidelines.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain billing records and support reporting needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in an AM100 or AM200 law firm required.
• Proficiency in Aderant billing software.
• Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and client guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
