Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys to join our dynamic legal team in New York. The ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, and/or finance transactions. As a key member of our firm, you will provide strategic legal counsel, manage complex transactions, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, M&A, securities, and finance transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes.
- Represent clients in regulatory matters and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address legal issues and provide solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting corporate law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, M&A, securities, and/or finance transactions.
