Attorney - Technology

Trustpoint One is pleased to partner with a leading law firm in its search for a mid-level attorney with technology and commercial transaction experience to assist the corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice. This position is temporary and attorneys MUST reside in one of the following locations:
New York City, New Jersey, Boston or Philadelphia.

Qualifications include:

- Must have 3-5 years of current experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions
- In-house or large law firm experience is required
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements
- Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Member, in good standing, of the bar of residence.

All candidates must be able to work on a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
