Who we are looking for:
We're seeking a motivated and nimble Account Director to lead the day-to-day management for an iconic automotive brand. These clients are committed to evolving their digital experiences to meet the ever-changing automotive marketing landscape. It's an exciting opportunity forge true partnership with clients who are eager to evolve their business.
As an Account Director you will be the day-to-day lead for this business, and responsible for ensuring the agency is fully prepared to meet all the client's marketing, digital experience and communication needs. You'll have a pulse on the client work and the team, continuously finding ways to elevate the quality of our deliverables. You'll be eager to bring people together while nurturing your team and play a key role in identifying new ways to make our work with our team and clients more seamless.
What you'll do:
* Client | Be the go-to lead for the clients on a daily-basis to ultimately become a true client partner: understand the client, their business, the automotive industry, and their competition and what customers are looking for in the best-in-class digital experiences. Help guide them efficiently and effectively. Be indispensable by reliably answering every request quickly and thoroughly, and proactively over-delivering at every opportunity.
* Team | Inspire and motivate a cohesive team across departments, disciplines, and offices, forging partnerships between various teams and departments.
* Process | Lead and flawlessly execute agency projects from earliest concept stage to deployment and retrospectives. Partner with planning team to analyze existing business and consumer data and translate into impactful messaging and new opportunities. Nurture the relationship between the client and the agency by listening to the clients and developing trust and respect.
Who you are:

What you'll need:
* A minimum of 8 years of account management experience at a creative agency or equivalent. Global experience is preferred.
* Experience working with Agile teams is preferred.
* Experience working on Global accounts.
* CPG experience is a plus.
* Proven track record of developing strong client relationships. Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
