* Draft, coordinate, and finalize high-quality strategic and operational plans, presentations, and communications on behalf of the Global Head of DOI, ensuring all materials are fit for presentation to senior leaders, OC members, the HR Operating Committee (HROC), and the DOI leadership team.
* Collaborate closely with the seven DOI Centers of Excellence (COEs), Central DOI Governance (CDG), and key functional partners to deliver on assignments and ensure alignment.
* Manage and coordinate the flow of information, ensuring timely reviews, adherence to protocols, and that the Global Head of DOI is aware of critical issues and decisions.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the DOI organization and with key stakeholders.
* Interpret and communicate messages with authority and discretion, acting as an extension of the Global Head of DOI while maintaining respect and professionalism.
* Lead or support special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring successful execution and follow-through.
* Drive efficiency and organization in all processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and working with COEs and CDG/DOI Ops to effect change.
* Ensure travel itineraries for the Global Head of DOI are thoughtfully constructed in partnership with HR and Communications, and always include engagements with key members of the DOI ecosystem. This includes BRG and Executive Forum chapter and regional leaders, local business leaders (such as MLT, Location Leaders, and LOB leaders), and local HR leaders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to see the big picture and connect the dots.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior executive audiences.
* Project management experience.
* Highly collaborative, with a track record of building strong relationships and working effectively across functions and teams.
* Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, act with authority, and maintain the highest levels of trust and confidentiality.
* Responsive, proactive, and able to anticipate the needs of senior leaders.
