Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple programs and large projects
* Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budgets
* Manage and update detailed project plan, roadmaps, and trackers to monitor and track progress
* Communicate project expectations, risks, and escalations effectively and timely across all levels of the organization
* Manage project resource capacity, identify over allocated resources and build mitigation strategies
* Plan and maintain strong mitigation strategies against possible risks and issues
* Lead cross functional teams towards shared goals against tight timelines
* Communicate weekly and monthly project status
* Provide input towards constantly improving processes with the intention of efficiency and automation

Required Skills & Experience
• B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' experience leading complex infrastructure projects within a large enterprise
• Experience working with media engineering and/or post-production teams
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Service Now, etc.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as strong and consistent attention to detail
• Foundational understanding of software and infrastructure engineering technologies (compute, storage, network, database, cloud, Dev Ops, infrastructure as code)
• Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate and influence team members from global teams with diverse backgrounds, business objectives, and time zone constraints
• Adaptable performer who can lead effectively under pressure and through significant change
• Ability and desire to continually learn about new technologies, project management methodologies, and adapt to ever-changing business and industry needs
