We are partnering with a leading cleantech company to hire a Senior Director, EV Charging Infrastructure to lead the deployment of their DC Fast Charging (DCFC) network. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape the accessibility, reliability, and scale of EV charging.

Your Mission

As Senior Director, youll own the full lifecycle of EV charging deployment from identifying prime locations to commissioning live stations. Youll drive capital strategy, manage complex vendor relationships and ensure every site is optimized for performance, cost-efficiency and speed to market.

What You Will Bring

• Strong experience in infrastructure deployment (EV charging, solar, or electrical).
• Deep expertise in Cap Ex planning, EPC execution and multi-market rollout strategies.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site infrastructure programs with urgency, discipline and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with mastery of NPV, IRR, and payback modeling.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Capital Deployment

• Develop and execute a multi-year Cap Ex strategy for DCFC expansion.
• Build investment models to guide site prioritization and ROI-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Executive Leadership to ensure disciplined capital deployment.

Site Acquisition & Evaluation

• Identify and secure high-value sites with optimal grid access, traffic flow and commercial viability.
• Lead due diligence, grid capacity analysis and feasibility assessments.
• Negotiate LOIs, leases, permits and power agreements in partnership with Legal and Sales.

Execution & Operations

• Select and manage EPCs, contractors and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality builds.
• Oversee construction, commissioning and go-live operations across multiple regions.
• Implement scalable processes for safety, compliance and operational excellence.
