We are seeking a dynamic and polished Managing Director to lead our pre-opening and launch phases. As the leader of this premier New York property, you will be responsible for managing all hotel operations to maximize profits while delivering the high-touch, sophisticated guest experience that the lifestyle market demands.

You will play a pivotal role in building the team from the ground up and establishing the hotel's presence in the competitive NYC landscape.

* Pre-Opening Leadership:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the hotel opening, including staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of core values.

Your Background and Skills

* 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a hotel.

* Proven experience in a hotel opening, specifically within a lifestyle property.

* Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

* Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop budgets and manage performance.

* Ability to set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance.
