HHM Hotels is working on a highly anticipated lifestyle hotel currently under development in the heart of Manhattan. We are seeking a dynamic and polished Managing Director to lead our pre-opening and launch phases. As the leader of this premier New York property, you will be responsible for managing all hotel operations to maximize profits while delivering the high-touch, sophisticated guest experience that the lifestyle market demands.

You will play a pivotal role in building the team from the ground up and establishing the hotel's presence in the competitive NYC landscape.

Your Focuses

* Pre-Opening Leadership:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of the hotel opening, including staff recruitment, training, and the implementation of core values.

* Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Experience:

Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of service standards, personalized experiences, and swift resolution of any issues.

Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals through regular financial analysis of

Maintain a seamless operation by overseeing all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, while following sustainability guidelines.

Your Background and Skills

* 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role in a hotel.

* Proven experience in a hotel opening, specifically within a lifestyle property.

* Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

* Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop budgets and manage performance.

* Ability to set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance.
