Project Manager

Our client, an entertainment company based in Philadelphia, is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to support their Retail Marketing team. This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with program goals.

This position is ideal for a highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborates effectively with creative teams.

• Location: Philadelphia (must be able to work onsite several days per week)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $50/hour
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project life cycles, from planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, PR, technical operations, and vendors.
• Ensure teams stay aligned on deliverables, deadlines, and project goals.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Track project documentation, including approvals, compliance, and requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams supporting larger marketing programs.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans and solutions as project needs evolve.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting retail marketing, print, and OOH campaigns.
• Background in marketing or creative project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
