Department Overview

The Senior Compliance Group Manager - Servicing will manage a team of Compliance Managers and Analysts and provide comprehensive senior‑level management coverage for a significant business or functional area across all legal entities and jurisdictions where TD operates. The role makes decisions on highly complex regulatory matters within the compliance framework and requires an excellent communicator and writer who can clearly summarize information for a senior executive audience.

Job Description Summary

The Senior Compliance Group Manager oversees assigned compliance functions for the Company and supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of a regulatory compliance program through compliance activities across various lines of business, banking offices, and operating departments. This job manages compliance aspects of the applicable laws and regulations having a significant impact on the operations or strategy of the Company.
