Production Coordinator

Exciting opportunity to join the Accounting Department of a growing production company! Our client is looking for an experienced corporate accountant, ideally with media/production company experience, to join their growing team. Responsibilities for this role include managing budgets, itemizing expenses, creating purchase orders, and managing contractor payroll. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in corporate accounting and an understanding of Quick Books.

A candidate with production company experience is preferred, but will look at stand-out candidates from any industry.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Securing and coordinating production crew, equipment, catering, locations, etc.
• Wrapping projects
• Actualizing production budgets
• Creating Purchase Orders and Expense Reports
• Completing payroll
• Collecting and organizing post assets
• Maintaining company website
• Maintaining office organization/cleanliness
• Keeping track of and ordering all office supplies and snacks
• Hiring and supervising interns
• Itemizing office expenses
• Basic office bookkeeping
