Print Production Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Print Production Assistant to support the coordination and execution of high-volume print advertising campaigns. This role is critical to ensuring that creative assets move efficiently through production pipelines and are delivered on time across a variety of formats, including transit, outdoor, and large-scale print ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, advertising agencies, marketing departments, and commercial printers to keep projects on track
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Troubleshoot production issues on both client and vendor sides, proactively resolving delays or technical issues
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders by phone and email, providing clear updates and gathering necessary information
• Maintain detailed tracking and documentation using Excel and internal systems
• Ensure all specifications and requirements for print production are followed accurately
• Learn and adhere to established internal procedures and workflows (training provided)
