Production Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Supervise communication with factories regarding all manufacturing matters
- Monitoring the progress of all designs in the manufacturing process
- Adhere to retailer specifications for color, designs, materials, samples, and testing
- Monitor production and delivery status through regular emails and PLM system
- Track submissions, approvals, and timelines with various reports and daily updates to factories
- Manage lab dips, strike-offs, and sample submissions to Design and Tech departments
- Coordinate approval processes with Retailers and Licensors
- Ensure all testing compliance requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing
Required Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player
- Dedicated work ethic
- Familiarity with tech packs and apparel production
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent organization abilities
