About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Growth & Marketplace to lead marketplace strategy and performance across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, and affiliate-driven commerce channels. This role will serve as a key growth driver-owning marketplace management, retail media execution, and influencer?powered commerce to ensure strong performance, efficiency, and scalability across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Marketplace Management

Lead end-to-end Amazon strategy, including catalog oversight, AMS campaign execution, promotions, retail media, and SEO optimization. Manage daily performance and partner closely with cross-functional teams to maximize sales, ranking, and overall marketplace health.

Tik Tok Shop Leadership

Oversee Tik Tok Shop operations, collaborating with agency partners to optimize campaigns, manage promotional strategies, leverage creator partnerships, and analyze performance metrics to drive incremental revenue.

Affiliate & Social Commerce Management

Own affiliate and influencer?driven commerce programs through platforms like Shop My and other performance-driven partners. Manage agency relationships, ensure strong execution, and identify opportunities to scale.

Growth Reporting & Forecasting

Develop weekly performance reports and channel-level forecasts across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, and affiliate programs to guide strategic decision-making.

Marketplace & Retail Media Oversight

Drive marketplace and retail media initiatives across partners and retail platforms, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and brand priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketplace management, growth roles, or performance-driven e?commerce.

• Proven success managing Amazon Marketplace and retail media platforms.

• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with experience developing performance reports.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and influencer-driven commerce ecosystems.

• Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage agencies and cross-functional workflows.

• Beauty industry experience required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tik Tok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms.

• Advanced knowledge of Amazon SEO, marketplace tools, and retail media optimization.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving growth environment.
