Overview

As an Associate Connections Strategist Intern at Digitas, you'll support our mission to create innovative, client-centric solutions that differentiate Digitas in the marketplace. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving collaboration across disciplines to develop offerings that ladder up to our core capabilities, including Creative Experiences, Integrated Media, Addressable Relationships (CRM & Loyalty), Social Marketing, and Commerce.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day might include:

* Helping capability leads develop and clearly define innovative solutions that align with Digitas' core services and create seamless, connected experiences for clients

* Researching and compiling insights from various sources (e.g., reports, articles, case studies) to identify emerging trends and technologies to help inform solutions development and enhance internal processes or client offerings

* Assisting in the creation of tools, playbooks, and training materials to help teams sell-in and execute our offerings across teams

* Participating in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings to co-create impactful client solutions

* Supporting partnerships by researching potential partners, identifying their strengths, offerings, and fit with Digitas' goals

* Helping track and document the success of solutions, including revenue impact, client adoption, and case studies

* Contributing to internal education efforts by identifying opportunities to train and equip teams on new solutions, tools, and processes

Qualifications

* Enjoy analyzing complex problems, identifying opportunities, and crafting actionable solutions that deliver measurable results

* Excited about leveraging technology to innovate and improve processes, with an interest in emerging platforms and partners

* Can articulate your ideas clearly and persuasively, whether in a client presentation or internal brainstorming session

* You stay attuned to cultural trends, pop culture, and consumer behaviors that can inform and enhance our client offerings

* Organized and thorough, ensuring that all projects and deliverables meet high standards of quality

* Self-motivated, proactive and eager to take the lead on tasks, and willing to dive into challenges headfirst

* Looks for creative ways to reframe problems into exciting new challenges

* Works well as part of a team, sometimes leading, sometimes following and supporting

* Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL
· E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
