Email Marketing Intern

Position: EMAIL MARKETING INTERN
FULLBEAUTY Brands is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business.

Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist in the coordination and execution of email campaigns, including gathering creative assets, reviewing copy, and QA testing

* Help organize and maintain customer lists and segments to support personalized messaging and targeted campaigns

* Support the creation of recurring performance reports and help identify trends and insights to inform future campaigns.

* Assist in setting up and tracking A/B tests for subject lines and creative formats. Document results and contribute recommendations based on performance data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027

* Strong interest in digital marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to review content for accuracy and quality assurance

* Analytical mindset with interest in interpreting campaign performance and marketing data

* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a team environment

* Prior internship experience or relevant coursework in marketing or analytics preferred
