As our Director, Product Go-to-Market, you will own our GTM releases at Shop My end to end-setting the narrative, building the function, and leading a team that supports our three-sided ecosystem of Brands, Creators, and Shoppers. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for defining how we articulate value of our launches, position our products, and bring new offerings to market across audiences with distinct needs, motivations, and buying behaviors.

Reporting into our Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth. You will translate product strategy into clear, compelling stories, ensure tight GTM alignment, and build the systems and team that allow GTM to scale alongside the business. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who has built GTM before, thrives in complexity, and knows how to lead teams while staying close to the work.

Roles and responsibilities...
  • GTM Leadership & Strategy: Own GTM strategy across all Shop My products and audiences, ensuring clear positioning, differentiated narratives, and tight alignment to business priorities.
  • Multi-Audience Narrative Ownership: Define and evolve Shop My's value propositions and messaging frameworks for Brands, Creators, and Shoppers-balancing consistency at the platform level with audience-specific nuance.
  • Launch Ownership: Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and major launches, partnering closely with Product, Growth, Brand Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales, and Creative to drive 30-day adoption and impact.
  • Team Building & Management: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing

    GTM team, setting clear ownership, expectations, and standards for excellence.
  • Audience & Market Insight: Develop deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics across all three audiences; translate insight into messaging, enablement, and product feedback.
  • Sales & Revenue Enablement: Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to equip them with positioning, pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive intel, and launch context that improves conversion and deal velocity.
  • Cross-Functional GTM Alignment: Act as the connective tissue across Product, Marketing, and Revenue-ensuring launches are coordinated, messaging is consistent, and priorities are clear.
  • Foundation Building: Establish scalable GTM processes, playbooks, and rituals (launch planning, messaging reviews, GTM forums) that mature the function and raise the bar company-wide.
  • Signal-Driven Iteration: Use performance data, qualitative feedback, and market signals to continuously refine messaging, GTM strategy, and audience focus.
Your qualifications...
  • Relevant Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in GTM Product Marketing, with prior experience building or leading GTM teams in high-growth, product-driven companies.
  • Multi-Audience Fluency: Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for multiple audiences with distinct needs (e.g., B2B, B2C, marketplace, or platform products).
  • Strategic Leader + Strong Operator: Comfortable setting strategy, but equally capable of diving into messaging, decks, launches, and problem-solving when needed.
  • GTM Expertise: Deep experience owning and leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for complex products.
  • Narrative & Writing Excellence: Exceptional storyteller and writer who can simplify complexity and create clarity internally and externally.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Trusted partner to Product, Sales, Growth, and Brand leaders; able to drive alignment without relying on authority.
  • Builder Mindset: Energized by ambiguity and motivated by building teams, systems, and structure from the ground up.
  • High Standards: Strong point of view on quality, clarity, and craft-and the ability to raise the bar for the organization
