About the Role

Within the Public Relations and Influence team, and reporting to the Public Relations and Influence Lead, this role plays a key part in the operational execution of Polène's influencer and PR strategy. With a strong focus on coordination, tracking, and reporting, you will support influencer activations across multiple markets while collaborating closely with international teams. This position offers hands-on exposure to global PR and influence initiatives within a fast-growing luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics and Coordination

• Coordinate influencer gifting, product seeding, and shipment follow-ups to ensure smooth and timely execution of activations.
• Act as a key point of contact with production teams in Ubrique, Spain, ensuring accurate communication regarding product availability and sendings.
• Track influencer content and media coverage resulting from activations, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Conduct daily monitoring of influencer content across platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
• Compile performance summaries, coverage reports, and insights to evaluate the impact of influencer and PR initiatives.
• Create presentations and reporting materials to support ongoing Public Relations and Influence projects.

Influencer Database and Research

• Support the identification and sourcing of emerging influencer talent aligned with Polène's brand universe and values.
• Maintain, update, and enrich the influencer database on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and relevance.

What We're Looking For

• First professional experience, including internships or apprenticeships, in Public Relations, Communications, or Influencer Marketing, either within an agency or a fashion or luxury brand.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious, with a strong interest in fashion, luxury, and brand storytelling.
• Comfortable using digital tools, particularly Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable in follow-up, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
