About the Opportunity:

The Influencer Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue through performance-driven influencer partnerships. This role owns the execution and optimization of influencer programs while sharing responsibility for the affiliate links, with direct accountability for partner performance, ROI, and revenue contribution.

Based at the NYC Flagship, this role serves as a key on-site marketing representative, leading influencer tours, events, and activations that generate organic content and sales impact. The ideal candidate combines relationship management, analytical rigor, and strong business judgment, operating independently with a focus on scalable growth and measurable outcomes across influencer and affiliate channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and optimize influencer partnerships across FASHIONPHILE, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, gifting, bag lending, and ongoing relationship management to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Support management of the affiliate program within Impact, including partner recruitment, performance optimization, commission structures, and revenue accountability across publishers, creators, and platforms.
• Analyze and report on influencer's performance, delivering insights on ROI, blended CPA, incremental revenue, and efficiency versus other paid channels to inform budget and partner decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystems, including commission-based partnerships
• Experience working within affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact) and creator commerce tools (e.g., LTK, Shop My)
• Ability to analyze performance data, ROI, and attribution models across channels
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
• High level of autonomy, judgment, and accountability
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
• Strong scheduling, planning, and project management abilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, Journalism, Film, Digital Media or related field
• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end consumer brands
• Familiarity with re-commerce, resale, or circular business models
• Comfort representing the brand at events, activations, and partner meetings
• Experience with UGC

Compensation:

• FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $70, for this position in our NYC Flagship Location. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
