Position Overview
Upper Echelon is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team for a full-time, 3-month internship.
This role offers hands-on experience in startup marketing, brand building, and growth strategy within a fast-paced, remote environment.
What Youll Do
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential target audiences
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, website, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling marketing assets
- Support the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, offering insights for optimization
- Assist the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation initiatives
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and emerging marketing techniques
- Interest in AI applications, startups, venture capital, or investing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Mid Journey, Notion AI) is a plus but not required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
- Passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and contribute
- Hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment
- Direct exposure to real-world marketing strategies and execution
