Senior Analyst, Editorial & Product Content, Fashion Office
Location:

The Senior Analyst, Editorial & Product Content, Fashion Office plays a critical role in shaping how Walmart fashion shows up across digital storytelling, marketing campaigns, and product detail pages (PDPs). This role blends content performance analysis and production coordination to ensure the right product stories reach customers at the right time. Working cross functionally with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Studio, and Sourcing teams, this role translates product priorities and trend insights into compelling editorial content while ensuring operational execution across photoshoots, campaigns, and launches.
Key Responsibilities
Production and Sample Coordination
* Oversee sample coordination for editorial and elevated PDP shoots, including ordering, tracking, and managing product readiness.
* Input and maintain accurate product and sample information in trackers and internal systems.
* Partner with merchants and vendors to resolve delays and ensure product availability for key shoots and launches.
* Work closely with the studio and PDP teams to ensure required samples arrive on time and meet shoot requirements.
* Identify risks, propose pivots, and communicate updates to stakeholders to keep production timelines on track.
Shoot and Asset Preparation
* Assist in preparing samples and product presentations prior to photoshoots.
* Ensure all required product information is captured post shoot for asset tagging and site usage.
* Coordinate with merchants to confirm product IDs, launch timing, and inventory readiness.
* Maintain accuracy within asset trackers to support site shelves, email, and social usage.
Content Performance and Insights
* Analyze editorial and PDP content performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
* Translate data and customer engagement metrics into actionable recommendations.
* Prepare reports and insights for leadership and cross functional stakeholders.
* Support testing and learning initiatives to improve storytelling effectiveness and conversion.
Cross Functional Collaboration
* Serve as a key connector across editorial, merchandising, studio, and marketing teams.
* Communicate proactively on project status, risks, and updates.
* Support ad hoc editorial initiatives such as campaign pulls, influencer activations, social content, and commercial productions.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in editorial, content, creative production, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working within retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
* Ability to balance creative thinking with data driven decision making.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Experience collaborating across creative, merchandising, and marketing teams.
* Strong initiative and adaptability within fast moving environments.
