We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on social advertising platforms. The Paid Media Specialist is an entry level position with opportunity for a strong career path. This role is crucial for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns across key platforms including Tik Tok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and You Tube.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across a variety of Social Platforms (primarily Tik Tok, Meta, Pinterest, You Tube)
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, including detailed naming conventions, tracking pixels and UTM parameters
- Monitor campaign pacing, budget, delivery, and performance against KPIs on a daily basis
- Manage real time, ongoing optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met or exceeded
- Implement and manage audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, interest-based targeting and A/B tests to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate effectively with the Paid Social team, Account Management team and Brand Partnerships, Branded Content & Brand Strategy teams where applicable
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Generate client-facing granular performance reports and contribute to broader campaign summaries for assigned campaigns
- Own Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring across all assigned campaigns
- Identify and communicate performance trends and opportunities for optimization
- Platform Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices across key social ad platformance
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new ad formats or targeting capabilities to enhance campaign performance
- BA or BS degree
- Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects at once while remaining extremely detail oriented
- You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, high-energy environment where you're continuously solving problems creatively and analytically
- Positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working in a start-up environment and wearing multiple hats as needed
