Job Description
Eataly is hiring a People Content & Communications Intern for Summer 2026 to work with and learn from Eataly's Culture & Communications Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian!
With the guidance of the Manager of Culture & Communications, the intern will:
* Learn about Eataly North America's strategies, systems, processes, and tools related to internal communications, culture, talent brand, and training
* Assist in executing Eataly North America's recognition program, Stories of Eataly: track and calendarize details, create materials, collect photographs
* Plan and write "Faces of Eataly" articles featuring team members on Eataly's website
* Assist with writing and scheduling content for Eataly North America's intranet
* Pull monthly reports on intranet usage and draw conclusions
* Support access to internal communications platforms, using data to drive adoption
* Design visual templates and posters in Canva for internal communications
* Support ad hoc projects related to Eatalian Experience at Eataly North America
* Brainstorm and draft creative, new content for all people-focused communications platforms
* Build an extensive library of people-focused content for Eataly's Linked In pages including posts, photos, updated copy for Life pages
* Organize, label, and update Eataly's electronic people media library
* Assist with translations of Linked In or intranet content from Italian to English and vice versa
* Perform other duties as required or assigned
This internship runs from June - August. The internship is onsite at Eataly's corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday - Thursday from 9 am - 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern.
The compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour
