Location: New York
The Salvation Army (Eastern) - - Responsibilities:
Provides and ensures a safe, clean and normalized home-like environment at all times.;
Informs Program Manager of Physical Plant needs and any serious incidents or violations of individuals and/or staff rights.;
Develops ADL and ILS skills for individuals as part of habilitation.;
Maintains and submits records regarding development status, progress, and related information.;
Implements treatment plans and provides training in daily living activities, budgeting, cooking, and recreation.;
Administers medication with appropriate training and supervision, in compliance with policies.;
Communicates with staff and supervisors to ensure continuity of care and efficient operation of the residence.
