Job Details

We are hiring an RN with BSN degree and at least 1 to 2 years Hospice / Palliative Care experience who has Supervisory or Leadership experience to work as our Hospice RN Team Leader Work schedule is Monday through Friday with 3 days in the office and 2 days in the field managing a very small patient caseload of 8 to 10 patients.

The Team Leader supports the Hospice Clinical Manager in Manhattan by providing leadership guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis ensuring the provision of Hospice services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program and organization.
