Day Shift, Monday through Friday, as needed
As an Occupational Health & Wellness Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of employees. Your expertise will help promote a healthy workforce through preventative care, wellness initiatives, injury management, and employee health education.
What You'll Do• Provide occupational health nursing services for employees
• Assess and manage workplace illnesses and injuries
• Coordinate return-to-work programs and workplace accommodations
• Conduct health screenings, wellness assessments, and immunization clinics
• Deliver health education on stress management, nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain employee health records in compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations
• Support emergency response and first aid programs
• Monitor occupational health trends and recommend preventive interventions
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, and Employee Assistance Program teams
• Promote employee wellness initiatives and engagement programs
What We're Looking For• A current, up-to-date resume
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) or Associate's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, ideally in occupational health, employee health, corporate wellness, or case management
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience conducting health screenings, wellness coaching, or employee health programs preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
