Responsibilities:- Record and maintain detailed patient medical records while closely monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing team members.
- Monitor medical charts and offer compassionate care to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with physicians and administrators to improve patient care quality.
- Communicate protocol updates promptly to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate reports related to patient care and activities.
- Handle any emergencies or issues calmly and efficiently.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New York.
