Swain Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg on the nights shift (7p-7a) in a 14-bed unit with a 6:1 patient ratio. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads and up to $20,000 for experienced RNs with a 2-year commitment.
Active North Carolina or compact state RN license is required;
Associate's degree is required, BSN preferred. ACLS/PALS within six months of hire.
