Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The nurse prioritizes patient care, educates patients and caregivers, and communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN License
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• 2 years of cardiology, telemetry, VAD experience
• 1 year of travel experience (required for travel positions, not for per diem)

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPIC experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program
