Position: LPN

Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens & Bronx
Shifts:
Day Shifts - 3x12 or 5x8
Pay Rate:$32

Overview: LPN will provide healthcare services to developmentally disabled individuals residing in permanent supportive housing residence.
Requirements :
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse
- High School Diploma
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
Responsibilities:
- Provide medication management to individuals
- Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health.
