About the Position

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Watertown, New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week guaranteed, 13-week assignment

Requirements:
  • Current, active New York State Registered Nurse license
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • MEDITECH EMR experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Critical Care and charge nurse experience strongly preferred
  • IV certification, medication administration, and phlebotomy certification (completed during orientation)
  • Must complete lethal dysrhythmia exam and obtain defibrillation certification within specified time frames
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to identify and intervene in life-threatening situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
