* Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule property tours for prospective clients.
* Conduct engaging property and residence tours, presenting offerings tailored to prospects' needs and concerns.
* Provide clear application and sales instructions, guiding clients through leasing and purchase processes.
* Follow up with prospects, brokers, and clients to address questions, finalize terms, and facilitate contract or lease signing.
* Maintain accurate listings and update property advertising to ensure current information is available to the brokerage community.
* Prepare and distribute required documents (e.g., public offering statements, contracts) and monitor deadlines for signatures and deposits.
* Develop and implement outreach programs to engage brokers and increase outside brokerage activity.
* Generate and analyze rental rate, concession, and competitive market reports; monitor ad response and media effectiveness.
* Maintain property pricing grids, inventory, and customer contact databases.
* Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and cross-marketing efforts to support sales and leasing goals.
* Provide feedback reports on property condition and market comparable.
* Collaborate daily with management and team members, contributing to a positive, high-performing environment.
* Negotiate rental and sales terms as needed, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients and brokers.
* Support administrative tasks and reporting for management and directors.
Qualifications:
* Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License.
* Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or new development marketing.
* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant real estate software.
* Ability to work weekends and adapt to changing market conditions.
