Responsibilities

* Negotiate the selling, and marketing of properties.

* Create targeted presentations for new business and attend pitches.

* Perform necessary research and develop creative approaches to generate new clients.

* Solicit property findings to prospective clients.

* Conduct cold calls and review property listings.

* Accompany prospective clients to sites to discuss features.

* Draft proposals and analyze data to prepare complex reports.

* Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence.

* Provide buyers and sellers with all pertinent information.

* Provide status reports and specific market information to clients.

* Stay abreast of market conditions by reviewing trade journals.

Requirements

* Real Estate Salesperson license

* Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities

* Strong written and verbal skills

* Intermediate MS Office Suite knowledge
