Position Summary
The BARS lab is looking for a part-time employee to support established research assistants and coordinators with ancillary tasks in the execution of research programs. Such task include sorting and arranging documents, making copies, carrying samples to the lab after being drawn from research participants, labeling mailing envelopes and escorting research participants to other locations within the medical center for undergoing testing or other research procedures, including imaging measurements and running software with prepopulated scripts.
Responsibilities
- Organizing files
- Radiographic imaging analyses
- Data extraction from electronic medical records
- Escorting research participants to various locations within the medical campus for testing
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School degree and at least one year of related experience or equivalent in education, training and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in research projects
- Knowledge in database entry (redcap, SAS, etc.)
