* Initial hiring pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $25.50 - 26.50 / hour
While the hourly rate starts from $25.50 - 26.50 an hour, this position is also eligible for our Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program. Assuming you work full-time, your annualized hourly earnings plus potential monthly incentives could result in your annualized Total Target Cash up to $100,000.

+ The Total Target Cash amount shown above assumes you work full-time (at least 40 hours per week) and is inclusive of the estimated incentive amounts earned under our Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, should your home Restaurant meet our profitability expectations, and you meet all eligibility criteria.
+ Incentive amounts may vary and will depend on actual Restaurant performance, profitability, and eligibility criteria.

** Job Description*
* ** Your Role at Raising Cane's:*
* The
** Operations Manager (OM)
** is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations.
** Your Impact and Responsibilities:*
* + Purpose of the position:
+ Executes Restaurant operations functions
+ Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant
+ Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
+ General to the role:
+ Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards
+ Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
+ Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
+ Deploys Crew members during a shift
+ Provides exemplary customer service
+ Utilizes reward and recognition program for the Crew members in the Restaurant
+ Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.)
+ Ensures cleanliness of the Restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order
+ Completes other duties as assigned

+ Maintain a clean, safe Restaurant while following all food safety and company procedures
