Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules.;
Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting standards, ensuring proper temperatures, and appealing presentation.;
Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.;
Operates and maintains kitchen equipment; assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering/receiving of food and supplies.;
Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents; attends in-service and safety meetings; adheres to HACCP standards.
