Job Title: Lot Viewing Assistant

Salary range: 18-20 per hour

Shift: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Summary:

The Lot viewing Assistants is responsible for As lot viewing personnel, you will be interfacing with our customers and ensuring our product stays secure.

Responsibilities:

• be interfacing with our customers and ensuring our product stays secure.
• Lot runners are lot viewing personnel who will deliver and retrieve boxes of coins to lot viewers as requested.
• Keep your eyes forward watching the customers at all times, unless you are verifying a box. It is the responsibility of the lot shower to count every coin in the box before and after they give the box to the customer.
• Currency and other fragile material should be handled gently and with care.
• At the end of every day the Stack's Bowers staff will count every lot in every box.
• When there is a customer at your table or boxes on your table: DO NOT GET UP FROM YOUR CHAIR FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOUR SUPERVISOR.
• Stack's Bowers staff may pull a lot from a box. If they do so they will place a neon colored card with the lot number written on the card in its place, treating the card as the lot until it is returned.
• Occasionally a customer will want to compare one of their coins to one of our lots, when this occurs please notify the Lot viewing supervisor so they can supervise this event.
• Customers are NOT allowed to keep their lot viewing sheets, even if they will be returning the following day.
• All completed lot viewing sheets must be placed in the designated tray when the customer finishes lot viewing. There will also be a tray for customers who will be returning to lot viewing at a later date or time.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
