We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive

Target total compensation ranges from $222,000 - $252,000, including a fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $115,000 an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rokt, you'll drive revenue by securing strategic deals with top-tier brands and helping them unlock new value from the Transaction Moment. You'll need to understand complex ecommerce ecosystems, navigate multi-stakeholder organizations, and position Rokt as a strategic partner, not a vendor.

You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring tailored solutions to market. You'll develop deep expertise in your vertical, becoming a trusted advisor who can speak credibly to CMOs, CROs, and technical decision-makers alike. Your ability to synthesize and represent customer feedback will directly shape our roadmap.

We're looking for someone deeply curious, who leads with conviction and thrives when things move fast and change often.

What You'll Do

* Own a revenue target and the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to complex enterprise closes

* Break into new enterprise accounts while expanding footprint within existing strategic customers

* Develop and execute vertical-specific GTM strategies, identifying high-value use cases for Rokt's platform

* Become a trusted advisor to customers: understand their business deeply, craft tailored solutions, and co-innovate on the product roadmap

* Lead with clear recommendations based on industry expertise; don't present menus, present solutions

* Prioritize lighthouse accounts that can serve as category-defining references

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Applied AI teams to bring new solutions to market

* Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations that position Rokt's differentiated value

* Continuously refine sales tactics and share best practices. We win as a team.
