Guaranteed Compensation: $71,000

Target Earnings: $135,000+ (with substantial earning potential for top performers)

Comprehensive Paid Training Period:
Starting at $100,000 during a 90-day training period

Compensation Structure:
Guaranteed compensation + highly competitive performance-based bonus plan paid bi-weekly

This is a full time, onsite, position located in Woodland Hills, California.

As a Sales Specialist (internally called Residency Counselor), youll manage the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in. Youll have the unique advantage of working with qualified inbound leads, making it easier for you to focus on building meaningful relationships and sales momentum. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the full sales process from first inquiry to deposit and move-in.

* Engaging prospective residents via phone, email, and in-person tours to build lasting relationships and facilitate the decision-making process.

* Offering personalized guidance to prospects and their families on available living options, services, and the care levels offered at Wisteria.
