The Opportunity

We're looking for a results-oriented, entrepreneurial Account Executive with strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for sales and business development. You'll own a territory end to end-learning your prospects' strategic priorities, crafting effective outreach, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in shaping the company's future while making a real impact in education.

What You'll Do

* Partner with the VP of Sales to target, map, and execute prospecting strategies within your territory

* Drive daily outbound activity via phone, email, and social to book introductory meetings

* Lead prospect presentations and manage opportunities from first contact through close

* Build, manage, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline

* Travel 1-3 times per quarter for trade shows and on-site meetings

* Act as a trusted advisor, bringing industry insight and clearly articulating the value EdSights provides

About You

* 3+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a closing role

* Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Resilience and consistency in a results-driven environment

* Strong time management and organizational skills

* Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact in education

Nice to Haves

* Experience in or selling into the higher education market

* Experience managing sales cycles of 3+ months

Compensation Range: $150K - $160K
