The Team:

You'll be assisting the Americas iLEVEL Sales team by providing ground support to help drive revenue origination and retention to help us achieve and exceed business goals.

Responsibilities and Impact:

This is a hybrid role spanning sales support and sales development activities across our team of salespeople in the Americas region.

You will run campaigns to engage with new prospects, work with our specialists and the legal team to draft contracts and will be using a full suite of tools to develop our pipeline and support growth.

Based in New York, this role requires close interaction with management and individuals across the Americas sales teams. You'll be collaborating with surrounding groups such as client engagement, legal, marketing, sales ops, SDR, Commercial Strategy and Product teams across the firm in what is a varied and challenging role.

Alongside prospecting, you will have close interactions with the existing customer base to maintain relationships and existing revenue as well as identifying and supporting upsell opportunities, fully supported by our expert sales teams.

* Qualify incoming queries and prospects

* Support the sales team and with drafting contracts for new opportunities and renewals

* Assist with Sales Force queries and reporting as well as overall data hygiene

* Intensive on-line research while identifying key decision makers from global financial institutions

* Conduct outbound / cold call & cold email engagements to develop leads / prospects and pass to the sales team as well as speaking with prospects who have attended events / requested information

* Be creative and implement activities to contact new customers and generate new business including in person high impact events

* Accurately track leads & activities (calls, emails, meetings) using CRM

* Take responsibility in centralizing and coordinating the update and maintenance of sales materials across the regional sales teams in conjunction with Commercial Strategy

* Produce periodic status and engagement reports

* Ensure handoffs to sales are successful and exceed customer expectations

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,860 to $85,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
