Mobile Patrol Supervisor residential property – Bronx, NYC

JC Protection, LLC. is looking to hire a vehicle
Mobile Patrol Supervisor for residential property located in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time/Part time employment opportunity at a site which operates 24/7. Each shift has a supervisor and two guards. Must be able to provide the following:

• Ensuring proper access control guidelines are followed by the owners, guests and vendors.
• Providing incident reports/other reports to building management and to JC Protection.
• Securing the premises and providing security assistance when necessary.
• Patrolling community in a marked patrol vehicle
• Detect and/or prevent fires, vandalism, theft, or infractions of the rules.
• Maintain assigned posts throughout the facility until properly relieved.
• Protect employees, visitors and condominium owners.
• Provide directions to visitors when requested.
• Maintain strict access control at all avenues of entry.
• Prior military and/or public safety experience preferred.
• Valid NY State Security Guard License
• Must practice sound judgment and high level of integrity.
• Authorized to work in the US
• Great customer service attitude
• Must be able to handle simple computer and smart-phone operations
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING HISTORY FOR THIS POSITION
