Allied Universal - Up to $18.02/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the location, including corridors, waiting areas, entrances, stairwells, and exterior perimeter areas as assigned.;
Monitor access points and help maintain orderly entry by verifying credentials, directing visitors to appropriate check-in areas, and following visitor management procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, and requests for assistance from staff.;
Observe and report conditions that may impact operations, such as blocked exits, unsecured doors, unattended items, and/or unauthorized persons in restricted areas.
