Allied Universal - Up to $20.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance concerns or hazards;
Monitor access points such as lobbies, entrances, gates, and garage areas; verify credentials and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact law enforcement and/or emergency services when required and assist with scene control until relieved;
Document patrols, incidents, and resident concerns in written reports and/or electronic logs; communicate key information to site management and Allied Universal leadership as needed
